DEPUTY HEAD CHEF
To assist in the management and control all activities relating to the kitchen operations including staffing, purchasing, sales and gross profit.
To assist in the day to day running of the kitchen operation in such a manner as to maximise food quality, customer service, efficiency, cleanliness and profitability.

We offer a competitive salary package commensurate with
experience, five day working week including week ends,
a pension scheme and additional fringe benefits

WAITING/BAR STAFF
WASH UP/CLEANING STAFF

We require staff to work weekends. Applicants must be available to work from 7pm on Fridays and Saturdays and from 12.30pm on Sundays.  Experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given. We offer a competitive rate of pay in excess of the national minimum wage following a trial period.
