We offer a Bucks Fizz Reception, a two course dinner, a glass of wine to accompany your meal and dancing to our resident DJ for an inclusive price of £19.95  

Your School may arrange for a photographer to attend during the

Bucks Fizz Reception .

All reservations are accepted subject to the following terms & conditions:

Provisional reservations must be confirmed in writing within 14 days along with a deposit of £250. All deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or postponement.

Any damage caused to the property by guests attending the prom night will be the responsibility of the school organiser. Costs of such damage will be charged at full replacement cost and additional charges may be made to cover any loss of business incurred as a result of damage. The initial deposit is held as surety against any damage for seven days after the prom night. A cheque will be issued at the end of the seven day period.

Full payment is required at least 7 days prior to the date of the Prom Night.

Normal licensing restrictions apply to your Prom Night . Guests are not permitted to consume alcohol or beverages not purchased at The Terrace.

We reserve the right to refuse service and request vacation of the premises.
